    Burn Up

    Premiered on BBC2 in July 2008 this drama exposes how the oil industry has conspired to cover up climate change.  The writer was Simon Beaufoy, the producer Christopher Hall.

    Earth Pilgrim

    This BBC film features Resurgence editor Satish Kumar.  First screened on BBC2 in January 2008, it's now available on DVD from Resurgence.  www.resurgence.co

    Garbage Warrior

    A documentary about architect Michael Reynolds, who uses refuse to build homes that heat themselves, collect their own water and enable residents to grow their own food.    There are over a thousand of his 'earth ships' in New Mexico, with hundreds more under construction in areas as different as Spain and Siberia; in Britain some of these homes are being built in Brighton.  Earth ships present an intensely practical solution to the developed world's urgent need to make lifestyle sea changes but, as Oliver Hodge's film chronicles, this is one currently plagued by planning bureaucracies.  www.garbagewarrior.com
